Annie Thing Is Possible: A New Chapter Begins

Over the past few months, I have taken a step back.

I have been reflecting on nearly twenty years of professional experience and asking myself: What do I want to stand for in the next decade? What deserves my time and commitment? How do I want to work, and what value can I create for others?

Gradually, these reflections led me towards a new direction.

Today, I would like to share an important milestone: I have established my consulting business in Munich, Germany, and Shenzhen, China. My focus is on building bridges between the two countries—helping businesses, institutions and organisations understand one another, identify opportunities and turn collaboration into tangible results.

Throughout my career, I have built businesses and teams from the ground up and helped move cross-cultural partnerships forward. Working and living in both China and Germany has also deepened my understanding of what makes a partnership last: professional expertise, mutual understanding, trust and a willingness to take responsibility together.

These experiences form the foundation of the company.

“Annie Thing Is Possible” is my brand slogan. It brings together my name, Annie, and the phrase “Anything is possible”, reflecting a belief I have put into practice throughout my career.

At many important turning points, these words have given me the courage to take the next step. When we face reality, accept responsibility and take action, we give ourselves the opportunity to make something that once seemed out of reach possible, one step at a time.

Now, I want to bring that belief into every partnership: understanding the issues within a complex situation, helping people see one another’s perspectives and working with the right partners to find a practical way forward.

Through this Founder Stories series, I will share what led me to entrepreneurship, the thinking behind the brand, and the value and principles that guide the company.

This is the opening chapter of the company’s story, and a new page in my own life.
